The Founder
Welcome Home Charlevoix was founded by Alison Costello, serving Northern Michigan with a background rooted in boutique hospitality. Her career was shaped in Key West, Florida where she managed a hotel group and developed a refined understanding of service, operations, and the details that define a truly exceptional stay.
The Approach
Her approach to vacation rental management in Northern Michigan is both strategic and design-conscious, with a focus on elevated presentation, thoughtful pricing, and a seamless guest experience. Alison is known for her hands-on involvement, ensuring each home performs at a high level . She brings a distinct perspective to vacation rental management, helping homes stand out, drive strong revenue, and deliver a polished guest experience.
The Foundation
Alison is committed to staying current in the evolving vacation rental and hospitality industry. She is a Michigan State University alumna and has completed advanced coursework in revenue management through Cornell University and Hospitality Management through Florida Atlantic University.
Outside of her work, Alison enjoys time in Charlevoix with her growing family, embracing the lifestyle that makes the Northern Michigan experience so special.
